• Google Sheets data: customer records, support tickets, billing status you explicitly open with our app.
• Google Drive data: metadata and content of files you create with or select for our app. We do not access your entire Drive.
• Technical logs: diagnostic logs (timestamps, error messages) for reliability and security.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and improve customer support features (ticketing, billing reminders, service status).
• Synchronize data between your Google Sheets files and our support system.
• Securely authenticate you and prevent abuse.

3) Google User Data — Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum scopes required:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

Data from these scopes is used solely to read and update the Sheets files you choose and the Drive files you create or select via our app.

4) Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. We only share data when required by law or to trusted providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

5) Data Retention

• We store Google content only transiently for processing. Persistent storage resides in your Google account (Sheets/Drive) unless you export or explicitly save copies in our systems.
• Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

6) Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7) Your Choices

• You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
• You can request data deletion or access by contacting us.

8) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
